These Terms govern your use of Permutica (the “Service”), operated by [your legal entity name] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service does

Permutica generates candidate domain names from word lists you choose, and checks each candidate’s registration status via RDAP queries to the relevant domain registries. Results link out to third-party registrars (currently GoDaddy, Namecheap, and Dynadot) where you can register an available domain. We are not a registrar, we do not process domain registrations or payments ourselves, and we have no control over registrar pricing, availability, or policies.

2. Accounts and usage tiers

You may use the Service without an account (subject to lower usage limits), create a free account for higher limits, or subscribe to a Paid account for the highest limits and additional features (domain watches, custom word lists). Usage limits and features may change as the Service develops. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate or check domains at a rate that abuses registry RDAP servers
Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, rate limits or usage tiers
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including domain-name squatting on trademarks in bad faith
Attempt to access another user’s account or data

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Third-party services

Domain availability data comes from third-party RDAP registries (e.g. Verisign, Identity Digital) we don’t control and can’t guarantee the accuracy or availability of. Registrar links are outbound links to third-party sites governed by their own terms — we are not a party to any transaction you make there, and may receive no compensation or an affiliate referral for it, at our discretion.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Domain availability results are informational and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete — always confirm availability directly with a registrar before relying on it.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [your legal entity name] is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any domain-name purchase decision made based on Service results.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
